I am clinical psychologist experienced in treating a range of issues such as anxiety, depression,  adjustment issues, relationship concerns, grief, multicultural issues, identity concerns, trauma and post-partum issues. I work with diverse individuals from many different cultural, sexual, ethnic and religious backgrounds.

I have practiced in Washington, D.C. for over 10 years. Before going into full-time private practice, I worked in a managed care setting, an out-patient military clinic and university college counseling centers.   I have also supervised and trained doctoral and post-doctoral psychology students. I have found that my passion lies in long-term psychotherapy where I can help an individual live the life they want to have and thrive.

I received my Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Professional Psychology. I completed my Master's in Psychology from New York University and completed my Bachelor's degree from American University.
